Cancellation policy.
Paid visits
If you cancel 14 days or more before your visit, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before your visit, we are unable to offer a refund.
Free Community Visits
There is no charge, but spaces are limited to four cars per slot. If you can no longer come, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your space to someone else.
If we need to cancel
Sometimes weather, illness or animal welfare means we have to cancel or postpone. If this happens, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund.
How to cancel
Reply to your booking confirmation email or contact us, quoting your booking reference.
